Refund policy
Returns & Exchange
• We allow returns and exchange of unused items that are in perfect condition. We only accept returns & exchanges ONCE.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not applicable for returns & exchange.
• Our return & exchange policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
• Customers can either exchange items with another item of the same price OR if the items are sold out, the customer can opt for a store credit. We do NOT return money back if items are proven in perfect condition.
• The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning & sending their new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you are shipping an item over P500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• We encourage customers to purchase with confidence.
Non-returnable items

• Sale items (All sale items are FINAL) -sale items cannot be returned & refunded.
• Used Personal Items (ie. cutleries, plates, drinking cups, etc)
• Pre-ordered items.
Refund
• We only allow cash refunds for items that are proven defective and damaged after conducting a thorough investigation.
• We highly encourage customers to report a defective & damaged item within the day of receiving the items. Our refund policy lasts 24hrs. If 24hrs have gone by since the customer received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
• To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be verified by Metier Home.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• We do NOT allow refunds for items that are broken in transit. Please direct your concerns directly to the courier that handled your items.
• Shipping that is paid by the customer is NOT refundable.
Late or missing refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
